I hope everyone is enjoying the fall weather....we have been getting some nice days and this area can be so beautiful this time of year! The market has dipped a bit since summer, but that is typical as the children head back to school and settle in again. As usual though, I expect buyers and sellers to come back strong and eager to go and I am already seeing the beginning of that. Keep a watch to my website as I already know of several new listings coming in the next two weeks!
